1. General
1.1. RECIPEFORMEN.com is a website operated by Svenska Krämfabriken Dalarna AB.
1.2. We are registered in Sweden under registration number 556303-2266.

2. Use of the site
2.1. By using www.RECIPEFORMEN.com and the products and services available on this site, the consumer ("you") accepts the terms set out.
2.2. You agree that you will not use the Website in any way that causes or may cause damage to the Site or impair the availability or accessibility of the Website or in any manner that is unlawful, harmful or fraudulent. This includes interfering with the functioning of the website in any way, or transmitting a computer virus, trojan, robot or other malicious computer software to the site or its servers.
2.3. Our privacy policy explains how we will use your information and can be accessed through the privacy policy. By using this site, you agree to the terms described in the Privacy Policy and ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
2.4. If you do not agree to the terms or the privacy policy, refrain from using this site.
2.5. You are responsible for maintaining and updating account information to ensure that it is up to date.

3. Make an order
3.1. By ordering on the website you offer to buy a product that is subject to the terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
3.2. By ordering on the site you must:
• be legally capable of entering into a legal contract
• be at least 18 years of age;
• Make sure all the details you give us are correct,
• Ensure that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit and that there are sufficient funds available to cover the cost of the goods.

RECIPEFORMEN.com reserves the right to refuse your purchase request from you and reserves the right to close your RECIPEFORMEN.com account at your sole discretion. If your order is accepted, we will notify you via email.

4. Contract
4.1. You will receive an email confirmation when you order on the site. This email is only a confirmation of your order and is not a sales agreement. An agreement between us for the purchase of the goods will be created once your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
4.2. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with us regarding the order.

5. Discounts and special offers
5.1. Occasionally, we may offer special offers and discounts related to certain items on the website. Terms of use for any special offers or discounts will be stated at the time of issue.
5.2. We reserve the right to withdraw such special offers or discounts at any time, without warning.

6. Prices and payments
6.1. The prices stated on the website apply to all orders placed through the website. All prices include VAT. Delivery costs are also charged. Any fees will be clearly displayed in the "Total cost" section. 
6.2. RECIPE FOR MEN has the right to change or update information at any time without warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions displayed on the website.
6.3. If incorrect information has been provided for an item you purchased, RECIPE FOR MEN will notify you of this error and give you the opportunity to confirm your order or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you within seven (7) days, we will cancel the order. If your order has been canceled and you have already paid for the item, you will receive a full refund.

7. Shipping and delivery
7.1. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the purchase price of your product, which is clearly shown when applicable and is included in the section "Total cost" at checkout. 
7.2. We do a pre-check on the card which is used to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you purchased will not ship until payment is approved.
7.3. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability.
7.4  We deliver to most countries in Europe* and USA. Estimated delivery time with DHL in Europe is 3-5 days, standard shipping rate is  €9.90, free shipping on orders above €50. For shipping to the United States with UPS estimated delivery time is 5-7 days. Standard shipping fee is around  $19.90, free shipping on orders over $120. All custom duties and taxes are included at checkout.

*At the moment we don't ship to Norway, Åland, UK, Switzerland, Russia and Ukraine. 

8. Force Majeure
8.1. We are not responsible for any delays or failures caused by circumstances over which we have no control, including postal delays or force majeure for which we are not responsible. These delays or causes may include, but are not limited to, acts of nature, war, strikes or labor disputes, riots or crimes.

9. Liability, warranties and consumer rights
9.1. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors or interruptions. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the website for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons.
9.2. We aim to ensure that the information provided on the website is accurate and up to date. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
9.4. If you are a consumer purchasing goods within the European Union, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable consumer protection law. The minimum legal guarantee period for goods in the EU is two years from delivery, although longer periods may apply under national law.
9.5. If a product does not conform to the agreement, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

10. Trademarks
10.1. The trademarks, names and logos (common trademarks) displayed on the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks of RECIPE FOR MEN. Written permission from RECIPE FOR MEN is required for use of the trademark, image or video from the site.

11. Compliants 
11.1. We take all complaints very seriously and try to resolve disputes as soon as they arise. Customers who wish to make a complaint are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on the website.

12. Conflict of terms
12.1. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Service and another policy or set of terms on our website that specifically applies to a particular purchase, service or matter, the more specific terms will apply to that matter.
12.2. Nothing in these Terms of Service or any other policy on our website limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.

13. Separability
13.1. If any provision of these Terms becomes unjustifiable or invalid in any court or authority, the remaining provision and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Stores and disputes
14.1. These terms are in accordance with Swedish law.
14.2. In the event of a dispute or claim in connection with these terms, we will comply with the decision of the Resolution Committee or the corresponding authority in each country.
