Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
If you would like to cancel your purchase or return a product, please fill out the form below with your order number and the product/products you wish to return.
Once we have received your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your request and does not mean that the return has been approved.
Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by postage. Read more here.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund for the returned products.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount should appear in your account within a few business days after receiving the return confirmation.
Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, it is not considered a standard return.
For uncollected parcels, an administrative fee of SEK 149 will be charged.
