Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
The total order value, including applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any additional fees, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Available payment methods and their terms are presented during checkout.
Shipping
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
If a product has a different delivery time than standard, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Please note: We are currently unable to ship orders to the United States due to changes in customs regulations. We hope to resume U.S. deliveries soon and appreciate your patience.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period that you wish to cancel your purchase. Your request must clearly state your intention to withdraw from the agreement.
Once you have informed us of your decision, you must return the product within a reasonable period and in accordance with the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
Return Conditions
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for handling the product with reasonable care.
You may inspect the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, but the product must be returned in substantially the same condition as when received.
If the product has been damaged, altered, or excessively used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly or deny the return where permitted by applicable law.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Any accessories, labels, manuals, and included materials should be returned with the product.
- The product should not show signs of unnecessary use or damage.
Returns
Unless the item is defective or we have shipped the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns should be sent as a parcel or tracked shipment. We recommend retaining proof of postage until the return has been processed.
If the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Hygiene Products
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare, shaving, deodorant, haircare, or other personal care products where the product has been used after delivery.
This restriction does not affect your statutory rights in the event that a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order through our website.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or otherwise receive confirmation that the withdrawal has been exercised.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Any applicable return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly supplied product.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Unclaimed Packages
Orders that are not collected and are returned to us may be subject to a handling and return shipping fee.
For unclaimed shipments, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK to cover return shipping and handling costs.
